PM Modi on 18th Convocation of Tezpur Univ Assam: Learn from Team India, Live for Atmanirbhar Bharat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the 18th Convocation of Tezpur University, Assam through video-conferencing. Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank were also present on the occasion. Degrees and diplomas to 1218 students will be given.
