Lt. Gen. Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhillon (Retd), also fondly called ‘Tiny’ Dhillon, had been the Commander of the Srinagar-based 15 Corps in Kashmir during the Pulwama attacks and the subsequent abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A.
