Pahalgam Attack: If Congress Agreed in the Meeting, Why Question the Government Now?

Sources reveal that all parties, including the opposition, were in agreement about giving the army a free hand to retaliate. Prime Minister Modi emphasized that India’s resolve against terrorism is firm, and the forces have full freedom to choose the mode, target, and timing of their response. However, despite the consensus, the Congress party is now raising questions about the government’s handling of the situation. This has triggered criticism, with many asking why Congress is backtracking after showing support during the crucial meeting.
