Opposition questioning PM Modi over promising packages In Bihar | Weekend Special

The elections for the 243 Assembly seats in Bihar will take place in 3 phases between October 28 and November 7. The results will be announced on November 10. Opposition is now raising question on PM Narendra Modi for what happened to the package he announced five years back in Bihar's Arrah for the development purpose.
