Opposition files no-confidence motion against RS Dy Chairman Harivansh Singh

The Congress has alleged that the conduct of Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narain Singh was "undemocratic" and the party will bring a no-confidence motion on the issue.
