NPR is part of census, states cannot bar central law: MHA sources

After West Bengal, Kerala had suspended work on National Population Register. Now, sources from Ministry of Home Affairs have revealed MHA's comment on such an attitude of the states. The MHA has said that NPR was a part of census of India and that states could not bar a central law.
