No one should buy below MP: Rakesh Tikait

Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait is going to Vigyan Bhavan on a tractor.  ''The fate of the country's farmer is to be decided in today's meeting. Amendments and legislation will be made regarding MSP. Any merchant should not buy below MSP', he said.
