New COVID testing process of Rs 450 being introduced: Sanjay Singh

Chief Secretary explained preparations made in Delhi to fight Coronavirus. 15,000 tests are being done which is way more than other states. 18,000  tests have to be done from 20th June. There has been a proposal to increase 1900 beds in the state government hospital and 2000 beds in the central government hospital.
