Narayan Rane celebrates Ganeshotsav without any restrictions

Union Minister Narayan Rane was seen celebrating Ganeshotsav with gusto. He said that there might be restrictions in Maharashtra and Mumbai but he did not agree with any of them. He added that he would celebrate the festival nicely.
