Mystery behind foreign Jamaatis' missing passports

In a new revelation over the Tablighi Jamaat episode, the passports of 197 foreign Jamaatis have not been recovered yet. According to Delhi police, their passports are missing. Out of 943 Jamaatis, passports of 746 people have been recovered while Tablighi Jamaat chief Maulana Saad is still at large.
