Mumbai local was on terrorists' target, reveal sources

The Delhi Police's Special Cell had arrested six suspected terrorists who may have links with ISI and Dawood Ibrahim. Among them was Mohammad Sheikh., the police are keeping an eye on his relatives as well because the police suspect that Sheikh had a huge role. 

Sources have informed that Mumbai Local was one of terrorists' targets.
