MLA Vikas Upadhyay spreads awareness about vaccination via e-rickshaw

Raipur West MLA Vikas Upadhyay found a special way to spread awareness among villagers. He used a loudspeaker as he travelled gradually via an e-rickshaw. On the way he kept asking people to get vaccinated and curb Coronavirus cases
