Minimum temperature likely to fall below 3 degrees in Delhi-NCR today

Consistent snowfall in the hilly areas of India has led to a huge dip in the temperature. Dras residents of Ladakh have been suffering as the temperature has gone below -26 degrees. On the other hand, northern India has been bearing the brunt of the cold wave too.
