Meerut anti-CAA protests: PFI worker arrested for instigating people

PFI member Anees Khalifa who carries a reward of Rs 20,000, has been arrested by Meerut police for instigating people during anti-CAA protests. It had come forth that Anees had instigated people, planned the violence and more in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut. 
Many states have banned PFI and now steps are being taken to tighten the noose on PFI in UP too.
