Mass transfers after Kanpur encounter

Following Kanour encounter now many Uttar Pradesh police officers are being transferred and suspended. SSP of Kanpur when the slain circle officer Devendra Mishra had written him a letter has been transferred. Tiwari was DIG, Special Task Force which is probing the Kanpur incident.
