Man spots missing mother in UP govt's advertisement

A man from Moradabad claimed to have spotted his mother in one of the newspaper advertisements of Uttar Pradesh government. Balram Singh claimed that the woman visible in the advertisement was his mother Sita Devi. After this, he informed the police officials about it and now efforts are being made to track the woman down.
