Mamata Banerjee skips Visva-Bharati centenary celebrations

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the pupils and teachers of Visva-Bharati University during centenary celebrations. He said that the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision was inspired by Gurudev (Rabindranath Tagore) only.
