Mahadangal: Tej Pratap’s Personal Life Triggers Political Earthquake in Bihar | ABP NEWS
A fiery debate erupted on Mahadangal as Tej Pratap Yadav’s revelation about his 12-year affair with Anuskha, despite being married, deepened the ongoing crisis within the Lalu Prasad Yadav family. LJPR spokesperson A.K. Bajpai launched a scathing attack on the RJD, branding the Yadav family as synonymous with “jungle raj” and corruption. He accused RJD leaders of disrespecting women and claimed the NDA government, under Nitish Kumar, would be re-elected based on development work, not family drama. Veteran journalist Kanhaiya Bhillari countered by defending Lalu Yadav’s enduring political influence. He dismissed Tej Pratap’s statements as childish and claimed the real issue lies in a growing rift between Tej Pratap and Sanjay Yadav—Tejashwi Yadav’s close political advisor. Bhillari argued that Tej Pratap sees Sanjay as a disruptive "Jaichand" figure in the family, subtly warning his younger brother. The journalist further revealed that Tej Pratap may not get an election ticket this time and has allegedly been sidelined for six years. However, he might be rewarded post-elections with an MLC or Rajya Sabha seat. The spotlight remained firmly on the RJD’s internal battle, overshadowing the opposition’s campaign strategies.
