Lucknow IG to investigate collusion between Vikas Dubey & UP Cops

Speculations are rife that an Uttar Pradesh police insider colluded with Vikas Dubey which led to an ambush that killed 8 police personnel including a DSP rank officer. Even DG of UP STF Anand Dev is under the scanner. Hence, IG of Lucknow range Lakshmi Singh has been charged with investigating a possible collusion angle between certain high ranking police officials and the gang of Vikas Dubey.
