LS could function only for 21 hours 14 minutes, says Speaker Om Birla expressing disappointment

Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla expressed disappointment over the amount of work done during the Monsoon Session 2021. He said that Lok Sabha could work only for 21 hours and 14 minutes throughout the session. 

Earlier, Rajya Sabha Speaker Venkaiah Naidu broke down while expressing anguish over uproar and unruly behaviour by the opposition.
