Locust Attack: DGCA issues circular for flights

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a circular to the flights over the locust attack. The circular said that pilots should not take flights amid the swarms of locusts.
This is the worst locust attack that the country has witnessed in decades.
