Bharatiya Janata Party MLA, Vinod Bhayana, flouted the rules of lockdown 4.0 by gathering for the inauguration of a Gaushala in Haryana's Hisar. There were many officers apart from Hansi BJP MLA Vinod Bhayana
After the inauguration, Vinod Bhayana addressed the gathering as well but focus on maintaining social distancing was complted neglected
