Lockdown 4.0: Know what all will be prohibited and allowed

Lockdown 4.0 has been imposed till May 30 and there are many relaxations have been announced for this period. 
Now, markets will reopen with few restrictions
Offices, including private and public, will open up with least number of employees.
Restaurant kitchens are allowed to open but only for takeaway or delivery orders.
