Less challans issued on the first day of Odd-Even

The government submitted that it was urging people to go for car-pooling. The court said in some countries there were dedicated lanes for vehicles carrying more people. As many as 233 challans were issued upon commuters for violating the Odd-Even scheme on the first day it was kicked off in Delhi on Monday.
