Kolkata HC clears way for Gangasagar Mela, several restrictions imposed

Amid rising COVID-19 cases, the Kolkata High Court has given a green signal to Gangasagar Mela along with several restrictions. The Kolkata HC has also made a 3-member committee to look into the matter. The team will ensure that all COVID-19 protocols will be followed in the Mela. Only fully vaccinated people will be allowed to enter the Gangasagar Mela premises.
