Know eye witness' statement in the Hathras case

The CBI took over the case on Sunday after a notification from the Centre following a request from the Uttar Pradesh government. Now when CBI is looking into the matter and it has been one month into the crime, the owner of the land has come forward where the victim's body was burnt. He is saying that he did not see the accused on the crime scene.
