KC Tyagi talks about seat sharing formula & Sukhbir Singh Badal accusations on NDA

K. C. Tyagi is a  member of the Rajya Sabha representing Bihar and serves as the Chief General Secretary and National Spokesperson of the Janata Dal. While talking to ABP News he talked about the seat-sharing formula for Bihar Assembly elections.

Election dates have been announced in Bihar, but so far neither the NDA nor the UPA alliance can agree on their appearance and seat-sharing formula. Talks are still going on between the four parties regarding the formula.
