J&K: Encounter underway between security forces & terrorists

An encounter broke out between the security forces and terrorists this morning in Jammu And Kashmir's Kulgam district.  Encounter underway between security forces, terrorists in J-K's Kulgam. As per the reports three to four terrorists are hiding in house in Kulgam. More details are awaited. Watch this report.
