J&K: Congress playing double game on the issue of Art 370?

The People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) was formed to seek restoration of J&K's special status and statehood. BJP's Ravindra Raina has cleared the air on the issue of revoking Article 370 in J&K and said that they won't let a separate flag to unfurl in J&K. On August 5, 2019, Article 370 was abrogated and the state was bifurcated into two Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh.
