Is Nitish Kumar not satisfied with reshuffle of Modi cabinet?

Janata Dal-United was expecting at least four seats in the cabinet but it did not happen so. JDU got only one berth which was given to RCP Singh. Due to this, Nitish Kumar is reportedly unhappy. As per reports Nitish Kumar has not even congratulated RCP Singh on getting a cabinet post.
