Intermittent vaccination in WB as allocation done improperly: Santanu Sen

Santanu Sen had an exclusive word with ABP News. He said that vaccination in the state was being done in an intermittent manner as the allocation was improper. He added that the BJP run states were not even using the allocated doses unlike West Bengal and still the process was slow.
