Illegal Construction Case: Bombay HC extends relief to Sonu Sood

Bombay High Court has extended relief to Sonu Sood in the case of illegal construction which was filed by BMC. Last week, Sonu Sood had approached High court, for interim relief. 

BMC had sent notice to Sonu Sood accusing that he is responsible for illegal construction in residential building.
