Supreme Court rejects review petition of Akshay Kumar Singh, one of the convicts in the 2012 Delhi gang-rape case. Asha Devi, mother of 2012 Delhi gang-rape victim, said on SC rejects review petition of convict Akshay: I am very happy and I welcome Supreme Court's verdict. The top court had already dismissed the review pleas of three other convicts also on death row. They are Mukesh (30), Pawan Gupta (23) and Vinay Sharma (24).
