HP: Thousands throng to Mehatpur border after govt issues e-pass

After Himachal Pradesh government issued pass for the people stuck in other states to return home, people in large numbers gathered on Mehatpur border. The government allowed the people of Himachal Pradesh who are stuck in other states to return. Social Distancing was completely neglected. The Himachal Pradesh administration issued e-passes after the other state governments refused to do so. Watch this report.
