How was Disha Salian suicide case file deleted, asks Bihar DGP

The Bihar DGP, Gupteshwar Pandey, has accused the Mumbai police of being uncomfortable whenever the suicide case of Disha Salian is being talked about. On the other hand, the suicide file was deleted too.
