Holiday declared in Mumbai post downpour and water-logging

It has been raining cats and dogs in Maharashtra's Mumbai since Tuesday night. Today morning also, heavy rain was witnessed by the locals. This led to heavy water-logging in the low-lying areas of Mumbai including Andheri, Sion, Kurla, etc.
