Several building have collapsed in Kullu. Bridges have been collapsed in Mandi. Along with 3 national highway 709 roads are closed for the time being. People were informed to leave their houses earlier. Indira Gandhi Hospital in Shimla was flooded with water after the heavy rainfall which caused problem to the patients and doctors.
