Has second wave of Coronavirus started in India?

The cases of Coronavirus are rising in few states despite witnessing a dip few days ago. It is now suspected that the second wave of deadly COVID-19 may have commenced in India. The question here is if the suspicion is true or not. And will India be bearing another brunt of Coronavirus?
