Has Amit Shah's Shaheen Bagh attack affected Kejriwal's chances?

Delhi elections looked one sided and Arvind Kejriwal was looking set for a return as chief minister with a thumping win over BJP and Congress. However, once Amit Shah entered into the scheme of things and started raising the issue of Shaheen Bagh, the winds started to change. But, was it too little too late for the saffron party?
