Haryana, UP seal their borders with Delhi out of COVID-19 fear

Delhi has been sealed completely. Uttar Pradesh and Haryana has sealed its borders touching with the national capital territory, Delhi. All of this is happening as other states fear the spread of deadly Coronavirus from Delhi where the number of cases has risen above 3000 and its Tablighi Jamaat was one of the reasons which led to the steep rise in COVID-19 cases all over India
