Har Har Mahadev slogans and the 'Brahmin-formula': Will it work for Mayawati? | EXPLAINED

Where Mayawati clearly sought Brahmin votes to form government in Uttar Pradesh, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi seemed ready to contest on 100 seats in UP. There were mentions of Taliban, Afghanistan and Har Har Mahadev too. 

The only question is if the 2007 formula will work for Mayawati or not?
