Ground report from Kanpur accused arrest site

The Kanpur police arrested a member of Vikas Dubey gang named Daya Shankar Agnihotri, who was one of the killers who butchered eight Uttar Pradesh policemen. Agnihotri is now facing interrogation by police and is expected to reveal important detials. Police hunting other accused too.
