Govt trying to hide 'NRC mistake' with Citizen bill : Cong's Gogoi

Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi over Citizenship (Amendment) Bill said 'The North Purvanchal is witnessing conflict due to the bill. The govt is coming up with divide and rule mentality rather than developement. The bill is against our constitution. It has been released by BJP to ammend thier NRC mistake'.  
The Union Cabinet on Wednesday gave its nod to the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, 2019 that seeks to provide Indian nationality to Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, Parsis, Jains and Buddhists fleeing persecution from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, said sources.
