Former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey joins JD(U)

Former Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey, who recently took VRS, formally joined the Janata Dal (United) at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's residence in Patna. He might fight elections from Buxar, Bihar. He met Bihar CM today. He has given several statements where he hinted at fighting election from Buxar.
