Flood-like situation created in Mumbai after heavy rainfall

Heavy rainfall has submerged Mumbai creating a flood-like situataion with heavy water logging. Preparations made bu the administration have been exposed. Traffic moving at snail's speed. Delhi has also recieved heavy rainfall and is expected to increase further.
