Farm Bills 2020: I did not tear rule book, says Derek O'Brien

TMC MP Derek O'Brien said on Sunday that he did not tear te rule book in Rajya Sabha. 'If somebody will show evidence, I will resign', said Derek O'Brien.
 The Rajya Sabha saw a massive ruckus on Sunday as the government sought to clear the farm Bills amid an unrelenting opposition determined to block them as TMC MP Derek O'Brien tore up the documents.
