Explanations while apologising is nothing but shamelessness: Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was talking to ABP News and he commented on the apology made by Kamal Nath. MP CM said that Kamal Nath does not even deserve to be a leader as he forgot the name of former members. "If but... explanations during apologising is nothing but shamelessness," he added.
