Explained: Why has security been beefed up in Mathura?

Security has been beefed up in Mathura because of the intel that there may be a law and order situation in the city. Earlier, Karni Sena's rath yatra has not been approved by the local police fearing chaos and trouble. 

On the other hand, Keshav Prasad Maurya has just tweeted that after Ayodhya, it was the turn of Mathura for a beautiful temple's construction.
