EXPLAINED: RJD's BIG MOVE for caste-based census

RJD has offered support to Nitish Kumar if the Bihar Chief Minister makes a move for the caste-based census. While talking to the media, RJD’s state president Jagdanand Singh said that Nitish Kumar would not find himself alone if he pushed the caste-based census and BJP failed to back the decision.
