Exclusive report: Code words used for corruption in Mumbai

Maharashtra RTO department is once again in the news for the charges of corruption. One of the internal sources revealed the code words being used in the department for procuring illegal money. It also shows the involvement of officers from the Anti-Corruption Bureau and Income Tax office as well. Maharashtra's Transport Minister Anil Parab also hit the headlines under the same allegations.
